to deploy, manage and secure Windows Mobile powered smart phones for enterprise
customers. The project will provide mobile knowledge workers with advanced
access to business-critical applications. 

The collaboration centers on Samsung Mobile`s commitment to deliver high
quality, full-featured and enterprise- ready mobility smart phones that bring
the power and capabilities of an office computer to a mobile device. As a
provider of one of the industry`s leading2enterprise device management
platforms, Sybase will allow enterprises to extend information securely, making
it useful for people anywhere. Samsung Mobile`s smart phone devices are designed
with full feature sets and include QWERTY keyboards with turbo scroll and
responsive touch screens such as the Samsung Propel Pro, Samsung Jack, Samsung
Epix, Samsung Saga, Samsung Omnia and the recently announced Samsung Intrepid.
These devices are designed so mobile workers can send and receive emails, view
and update their calendars, read documents and access the Internet, no matter
