First Intelligence Community CIO to Discuss Cyberspace as a National
Imperative







COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Retired Major
General Dale Meyerrose  (USAF), the first chief information officer of the
Intelligence Community and now vice president and general manager for
Cyberspace Solutions at Harris Corporation (NYSE: HRS), will address the Rocky
Mountain Chapter of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics
Association on October 15 at Petersen Air Force Base in Colorado Springs,
Colorado.


Meyerrose, a strong advocate of the need to make cyberspace a trusted domain
for both government and private sectors, will speak about his experience as
CIO for the Intelligence Community and his views on cyberspace security, which
he believes must become a national priority.
