Far Vista Interactive Corporation Enters in to Discussions with Shanghai`s Shanda Interactive Entertainment

SASKATOON, Saskatchewan--(Business Wire)--
Far Vista Interactive, a leading game company in Saskatchewan, today announced
that Shanda Interactive Entertainment has agreed to discuss the licensing and
distribution of Gauntlet for the Chinese market. 

Shanda (NASDAQ:SNDA), also listed on the NASDAQ, is a leading interactive
entertainment media company in China with more than 800 million registered
accounts and has invested more than US$40 million in approximately 30 online
games. Meetings have been held with Diana Li, Corporate Vice President and Frank
Wu, Business Development Manager in Shanghai.
