The Company Announces New Director of Dealer Sales and Director of Project
Management
PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla.--(Business Wire)--
Solar Energy Initiatives, Inc. (OTC BB: SNRY) executing on its corporate mission
to Renew The Nation, creating economic development through the sale and
installation of Solar Thermal, Photovoltaic (PV) and other Solar technologies,
today announced that Mr. John Willis and Mr. James Roberson, PMP (Project
Management Professional) have joined Solar Energy Initiatives as the Director of
Dealer Sales and Director of Project Management, respectively. 

Mr. Willis, the new Director of Dealer Sales, possesses over 20 years of
experience as a Senior Sales Professional within the Power Generation market.
Prior to joining Solar Park Initiatives, he served as Director of Domestic Sales
for Tradewinds Power Systems, a leading distributor in the emergency power
generation industry. He will be responsible for managing the current dealer
network, of over 90 dealers, and developing new dealers as well. 

As the Director of Project Management, Mr. James Roberson, PMP will work with
SNRY management to ensure all municipal/commercial projects are completed in a
timely and cost effective manner, thus enhancing SNRY`s margins. The Company`s
current pipeline for these projects is over $100,000,000. He has over 20 years
of professional expertise in project management, customer relations, and project
forecasting. Before joining Solar Energy Initiatives, Mr. Roberson was involved
with several successful start-up companies, as well as a project manager for
Lucent Technologies.
