Company's Licensee Establishes Distribution Network in California and Hawaii

DOLTON, Ill., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Apple Rush Co., Inc. (Pink
Sheets: APRU) is pleased to announce that the first production run of its new
can line of Apple Rush(TM) Organic 100% Juice Sparkling Beverages will begin
in 10 days. In preparation for its demand, the Company's California and Hawaii
licensee, Apple Rush Maui LLC, has established its headquarters in Santa Ana,
CA, which will serve as a base for its sales and distribution network. The
company has already been successful in retaining a large school system broker,
who currently supplies beverages to over 200 school districts in CA. Apple
Rush Maui is also in the process of opening an office in Lahaina, HI, and will
work directly with established distributors throughout the Hawaiian Islands.

Apple Rush Maui is in the process of building an aggressive team to operate
and promote the new can line of Apple Rush(TM) Organic 100% Juice Sparkling
Beverages. The company has recently appointed Jeff Dole, as its Director of
Operations. Mr. Dole has served in the operations capacity for 7-Eleven and
has managed major bottled water programs for some of America's largest
retailers. Apple Rush Maui has appointed Rick Shafarman as its Director of
Sales. Mr. Shafarman is a well seasoned expert in beverage sales, having
worked with Snapple Beverage Corp., Orangina and Hank's Root Beer Co.

Apple Rush Co., Inc. recently announced that Apple Rush Maui LLC has the
exclusive rights to sell and produce Apple Rush(TM) within the states of
California & Hawaii. As part of the Licensing Agreement, Apple Rush Maui LLC
has the 'Right of First Refusal' to add other neighboring states, as well as
possible Chinese and Japanese exporting rights.

Apple Rush Maui, LLC will be distributing all six current flavors of the Apple
Rush bottle line. As well, Apple Rush's three top selling flavors of its
Organic Sparkling 100% Juice products, Original Apple, Pomegranate and
Cranberry, are scheduled for production in cans in early October, and these
will also be distributed by Apple Rush Maui in the same territory and under
the same provisions as noted above. Apple Rush Maui, LLC will eventually take
over production of all cans and bottle on the west coast and pay a royalty fee
to Apple Rush, according to the terms of the Agreement.
