Change of Name

Following the passing of a resolution at the general meeting of the Company held
on 30 September 2009, the Company's change of name from Keydata AIM VCT plc to
Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 1 plc was registered by Companies House, and took effect
on 7 October 2009.
