Los Angeles PR Professionals Rally with Record Number of Entries Vying to Win Prestigious PRSA-LA PRism Awards

PRSA-LA, the Los Angeles Chapter of the world`s largest and most prestigious
organization of public relations professionals, received 250 entries for its
annual PRism Awards, which recognize the very best in public relations
throughout Greater Los Angeles. For 2009, this represents a 16 percent increase
over last year and the most award entries submitted by public relations
agencies, corporations, foundations, non-profit and government organizations in
the past six years.

The PRims Awards will be presented during an exciting evening gala on Thursday
October 22, at the Hollywood Renaissance Hotel, hosted by KTLA`s technology
reporter Kurt "The Cyber Guy" Knutsson.
