prestigious TL 9000 and ISO 9001:2000 certifications by SGS-Systems &
Services Certification (SSC).
ISO 9001:2000 standard specifies Quality Management System (QMS)
requirements focused on an organization's ability to meet and improve upon
customer satisfaction and quality requirements. The Quality of Excellence
for Suppliers of Telecommunications (QuEST) Forum, a consortium of
telecommunications service providers and suppliers, developed TL 9000,
which uses the ISO 9001:2000 as a foundation and incorporates elements
specific to the telecommunications industry. TL 9000 defines requirements
for QMS and provides members with a set of performance-based measurements
used in determining "best-in-class" performance rankings for industry
products and services.
