DIAGNOS Announces Memorandum of Understanding with Zeiss Canada Ltd

BROSSARD, QUEBEC, Oct 08 (MARKET WIRE) --
DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a
leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced
knowledge-extraction techniques, announces today that it has signed a
Memorandum of Understanding, and associated Non-Disclosure Agreement with
Zeiss Canada Ltd., the Canadian subsidiary of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG,
Jena, Germany, a global leader in the ophthalmic diagnostic equipment
market.

Under the terms of the MoU, DIAGNOS and Zeiss will work together to
assure compatibility among DIAGNOS' Computer Assisted Retinal Analysis
(CARA) technology and Zeiss' fundus camera and associated imaging
software VisuPac, as well as jointly engage in pilot projects aimed at
testing the integrated Zeiss / DIAGNOS offering in the marketplace.
