Extract Systems Partners With Computer Software Associates, Inc. (CSA) to Provide Redaction Software to County

Extract Systems, a leading provider of data indexing and redaction
software for local and state government, announced today that it has
signed a partnership agreement with Computer Software Associates, Inc.
(CSA) to offer FLEX Index Automated Data Capture and ID Shield Redaction
Software to CSA's county government customers in ten Plains and Western
States.

FLEX Index Automated Data Capture is a powerful productivity tool that
uses OCR (optical character recognition) technology combined with
rules-based logic to locate and extract data. By automatically capturing
data fields such as Grantee, Grantor, Assessor Parcel Number, Reference
Number, Full Text Legal Description and Zip Code when processing land
records, FLEX Index reduces manual data entry by 65 -75%, providing
strong ROI that saves taxpayers money. CSA will offer its customers
Extract Systems' ID Shield Automated Redaction Software to protect
citizens' sensitive data. Redaction, the permanent removal of personal
information, secures privacy information within public records while
maintaining access.

Productivity software and legislative compliance software are playing a
bigger role in document and records management for local government. CSA
considered developing its own automated indexing and redaction software
but decided they could offer these critical strategies more quickly and
