goals through the critique of pitch presentations by a seasoned panel of
investors, entrepreneurs and marketing experts.

Presenting companies include NeuroScience Pharmaceuticals

DETAILS:

- NeuroScience Pharmaceuticals is a clinical stage company dedicated to the
development of a pipeline of neurosteroid drugs for the treatment of brain
disorders, including therapeutic indications for schizophrenia, post traumatic
stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), depression, Alzheimer's
and addiction.

- Synereca Pharmaceuticals was created to address the growing problem of
bacterial resistance to current antibiotics by developing orally active drugs
that restore or increase the effectiveness of existing antibiotics. The
company`s initial program focuses on inhibiting RecA, a key enzyme in bacterial
DNA repair as well as in the development and transmission of antibiotic
resistance. Prototype RecA inhibitors potentiate the killing of a wide variety
of pathogenic bacteria by a broad range of bactericidal antibiotics.

- One of CED`s most popular and valuable offerings, STREAK provides members the
opportunity to submit their business plan and investor pitch for consideration
to present before a custom-built expert panel. The panelists are hand-picked to
address the specific needs of each company by providing feedback on strategy,
business advice, funding options and additional relevant contacts. STREAK is
sponsored by Hutchison Law Group and Hughes Pittman & Gupton, LLP.
