InternetArray Announces Special Stock Distribution Payment Date

NEW YORK, Oct. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - InternetArray, Inc. (OTC: INAR),
today announced that the special stock distribution to the shareholders of
record as of August 31, 2009 will be distributed starting October 12, 2009.
All shareholders of record will receive one (1) additional share of common
stock for every ten (10) common shares held. The new shares will be
distributed in certificate form only and bear a restrictive legend under Rule
144 of the Securities Act of 1933.
