Intrinsyc Receives Microsoft Windows Embedded Award for Excellence in Consumer Devices

Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX: ICS), a leading provider of

was selected by Microsoft Corp. as the recipient of a Windows Embedded
Excellence Award at the 2009 Windows Embedded Partner summit held in San
Francisco last week. Intrinsyc received the award for "2009 North
American Partner of the Year" in the Consumer Devices category.

Intrinsyc was chosen for its outstanding efforts in driving Windows
Embedded CE designs for consumer Internet devices (CIDs), such as
connected portable navigation devices (PNDs), feature phone handsets,
