League Welcomes Walmart and Cineplex Odeon as Eagle Landing Anchors

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Oct 08 (MARKET WIRE) --
League Assets Corporation - the world's Intergenerational Wealth(TM)
Institution - announced today that Walmart Canada and Cineplex Odeon will
be the lead anchors at the Eagle Landing Retail Centre, in Chilliwack, BC.
Construction of the more than 150,000-square foot Walmart - that will be
the cornerstone of future development on the south side - which will
begin shortly and is expected to be completed by Christmas 2010.
Construction of the approximately 30,000 square foot Cineplex Odeon movie
theatre is expected to begin next spring and will become Eagle Landing's
entertainment focal point. The Eagle Landing Retail Centre is a limited
partnership between League Assets Corp. and the Squiala First Nation.
