Rona has joined the company as Vice President of Data Strategy and
Analytics. Dr. Rona, whose career has included stints at America Online
and as a consultant at McKinsey & Co., will oversee [x+1]'s partnerships
with third-party data providers. He will also play a key role in
supporting clients' analytics needs and translating market demands into

    Dr. Rona is a classically-trained social sciences researcher who
specializes in helping companies use data to optimize marketing decisions
and better understand their customers. Prior to [x+1], Dr. Rona was a
Senior Vice President at IXI Digital Media, where he led the company's
analytics and product management efforts. While at IXI, he was responsible
for building an industry-leading display ad targeting solution based on
