Manufacturing executives from a diversity of industries set to gather in
Guaymas, Sonora in late October.

TUCSON, Ariz., Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Jorge Lopez Perez, the international
promotion and foreign investment director of Mexico's national development
agency, Promexico, will be a featured speaker at The Offshore Group's 15th
