Integration of Lotus911 Into World`s Largest Lotus Notes Solution Provider
Expands Offerings and North American Team

acquire the Atlanta, Ga. based Lotus911. The integration of Lotus911 should be
completed by the end of the year. The deal will not only expand the product
portfolio of GROUP, but extend its North American presence, adding resources in
the Southeast, Midwest and on the West Coast.
