KEYDATA AIM VCT PLC

The Directors of Keydata AIM VCT PLC (the "Company") announce that as a result
of weekly publication of the Company's net asset value to a Regulatory
Information Service commencing 12 October 2009, they consider that all inside
information relating to the Company during the close period will have been
declared to the market. As a result, the Company will continue to purchase its
own shares in accordance with its stated buy back policy. 

If the Board becomes aware of any additional inside information during the close
period, the Company will not make any purchases of its own shares.
