Russia to ban incandescent light bulbs from 2014

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia plans to ban production and sales of all types of incandescent light bulbs from January 1, 2014, Economy Minister Elvira Nabiullina said on Thursday.

Russia would ban incandescent lamps with a power rating of more than 75 watts from January 1, 2013, Nabiullina told a news conference.
