Technology Associates Establishes Employee Stock Ownership Plan

CARLSBAD, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Technology Associates International Corporation announced today, the
implementation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to expand its
employees` ownership. It is intended that virtually all 400 employees will be
eligible to participate in the plan that will be 100 percent funded by the
Company. The ESOP has initially acquired 30 percent of the Company. The ESOP
shares will be allocated to employee accounts over a number of years.
