Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation are seen rising to about 90 million euros in 2013 from about 70 million this year.
The Sardinia-based company reached a debt deal with banks in May that included three capital increases for up to 262 million euros by the first quarter of 2010.
Investments in 2009 through 2013 are seen at about 150 million euros, while Tiscali forecast having about 1 million clients in 2013.
The roadshow for the share issue begins on Monday and the offer period will run until Oct. 30.
Regarding a newspaper report alleging a reduction in the number of Tiscali's British clients, with respect to those estimated at the time of the sale of the business to Carphone Warehouse Group Plc (CPW.L), Tiscali said the final customer figure had not been determined with certainty.
