BEIJING Oct 13 (Reuters) - Russia and China expect to sign a framework agreement on the supply of Russian gas to China during Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's visit to Beijing on Tuesday, the head of state-run gas giant Gazprom (GAZP.MM) said. Alexei Miller told reporters that Russia could potentially supply about 70 billion cubic metres of gas per year to China.

"A framework agreement about gas deliveries to China will be signed. There are two options: western Siberia and eastern Siberia," Miller said. (Reporting by Darya Korsunskaya, writing by Robin Paxton, editing by Toni Vorobyova)
