No reason for OPEC 2010 output cut: Ecuador oil min

COCHABAMBA, Bolivia (Reuters) - Ecuadorean Mines and Petroleum Minister Germanico Pinto told Reuters on Friday that he sees no reason for an OPEC output cut in 2010 and that Ecuador sees oil prices stable next year.
