Evan Rachel Wood joins "Conspirator"

LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Evan Rachel Wood has been cast in the Robert Redford-directed film "The Conspirator."

Wood joins James McAvoy, Robin Wright Penn and Justin Long in the historical drama about a Confederate sympathizer who was tried as a conspirator in the Lincoln assassination and the man who defended her before a military tribunal.

Wood most recently appeared in Darren Aronofsky's "The Wrestler" and Woody Allen's "Whatever Works."
