Santander US Debt sells $1.5 bln 2-yr notes - IFR

NEW YORK Oct 19 (Reuters) - Santander US Debt SA on Monday sold $1.5 billion in floating-rate notes, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The notes were priced at par and have a coupon rate of 40 basis points over the three-month London interbank offered rate, according to IFR.

The joint lead managers on the sale were Banc of America Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; Editing by Dan Grebler)
