Internal EADS survey shows staff morale low-report

PARIS Oct 20 (Reuters) - Four out of five employees working for European aerospace group EADS (EAD.PA) do not feel committed to their work, an internal company survey shows, French daily Les Echos reported.

"Lack of recognition of individual performance, lack of communication, lack of innovation. With a response rate of over 70 percent and few differences between countries or divisions, mistrust towards managers is obvious," the paper said.
