announced the opening of its Remote Operations Center (ROCSM) in Hyderabad,
India. The state-of-the-art center will utilize Genpact`s remote infrastructure
delivery system, RIMnexgenSM, to provide uninterrupted, secured application and
infrastructure monitoring and support services to clients worldwide. Genpact has
been able to reduce its clients` infrastructure management budgets by over 25
