D&O Broker Adds Talent, Opens Two New Offices

BLOOMFIELD, Conn., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Mickey Estey and Lance Sunder have
joined OakBridge Insurance Services and will be opening offices for the
company in the metro regions of San Francisco, CA and Minneapolis, MN,
respectively.

Mickey began his career as a structural engineer in Southern California. He
transitioned to insurance in 2000, joining Carpenter Moore as an Errors and
Omissions broker specializing in Technology and Architects & Engineers E&O.
Over the past 9 years, Mickey has steadily built his expertise to include
privacy/security liability, real estate, construction consultants, attorneys
and financial institutions as well as other niche professional liability
lines. Most recently, Mickey was the head of Carpenter Moore's E&O practice.

Mickey will play an integral role in the continued expansion of OakBridge's
successful CoBroker model by providing its Retail Partners with E&O expertise.

Lance has over 13 years of experience in the Executive Liability arena.
Originally a D&O specialist with Minet in the mid 90's, Lance transitioned to
the wholesale side of the business when he joined Carpenter Moore in 1997. He
spent the next four years practicing in the firm's San Francisco bay office
where he gained extensive experience working with technology and lifesciences
companies during a very turbulent time in the D&O marketplace and the tech
sector in general. Lance then opened the company's Minnesota office and
successfully built a strong mid-west presence, ultimately becoming a managing
director of the firm's D&O practice.

Lance brings with him outstanding relationships with the D&O insurers and an
intricate knowledge of D&O coverage. He will build upon OakBridge's position
