Hamilton Sundstrand Signs Comprehensive Accessory Repair and Exchange
Agreement With Air Canada



WINDSOR LOCKS, Conn., Oct. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hamilton Sundstrand, a
subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX), has signed a 10-year
Comprehensive Accessory Repair and Exchange (C.A.R.E.) agreement with Air
Canada to provide component and repair services for its fleet of 18 Boeing 777
aircraft. This agreement expands Hamilton Sundstrand's C.A.R.E. presence on
Boeing's 777 platform.


C.A.R.E. is a Hamilton Sundstrand aftermarket program offering long-term
repair and asset management services. The program provides a flexible offering
of component and repair services to meet marketplace demands as customers
insist on more full service programs.
