Oct 22 (Reuters) - Procter & Gamble Co (PG.N) is eyeing parts of Sara Lee Corp's (SLE.N) international household products unit, Bloomberg reported on Thursday, citing people familiar with the discussions.

The companies are in talks with Sara Lee looking to find one buyer for the entire unit, while P&G is primarily interested in the division's air-care business, the people told the news agency.

Officials from P&G and Sara Lee declined to comment to the news agency.

P&G and Sara Lee could not be immediately reached for comment by Reuters outside regular business hours.

Sara Lee said last month it would sell its personal care brands such as Sanex and Brylcreem for $1.87 billion to consumer goods group Unilever Plc/NV (ULVR.L) (UNc.AS). [ID:nLP419835] (Reporting by Ajay Kamalakaran in Bangalore; Editing by David Holmes)
