Mexico's Televisa in talks to develop wireless network

MEXICO CITY Oct 23 (Reuters) - Mexican broadcaster Televisa (TV.N) (TLVACPO.MX) said on Friday it is in talks with international players to develop a wireless phone network in the country.

Executive Vice President Alfonso de Angoitia told analysts during a conference call that Televisa is "very interested" in participating in forthcoming government auctions of wireless spectrum but did not elaborate about possible partners. (Reporting by Cyntia Barrera Diaz; Editing by Phil Berlowitz)
