NEW YORK Oct 26 (Reuters) - Achmea Hypothekenbank on Monday launched a $3.25 billion two-part guaranteed note sale, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The offering includes $2.75 billion of five-year notes expected to yield 35 basis points over midswaps and $500 million in five-year floating-rate notes and is expected to have a coupon rate of 35 basis points over the three-month London interbank offered rate.

The notes are guaranteed by the Netherlands. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; Editing by Dan Grebler)
