NORDIC STOCKS-UPDATE 1-Factors to watch on Oct 26

HELSINKI Oct 26 (Reuters) - The following stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Monday:
ERICSSON (ERICb.ST)
The world's biggest mobile networks maker said it Jan Frykhammar, currently head of the company's business unit Global Services, would become the group's new chief financial officer.

ELECTROLUX (ELUXb.ST)
The world's second-biggest home appliances maker posted a much larger than expected core third-quarter profit thanks to cost cuts, stable prices and lower raw materials costs.
Earnings before interest and tax rose to 2.23 billion Swedish crowns ($327 million), excluding extraordinary items, from a 1.18 billion profit a year ago, beating the mean forecast of 1.38 billion seen in a Reuters poll of analysts.

SCANIA (SCVb.ST)
The Swedish truck maker is expected to reveal a sharp drop in third-quarter earnings. The mean forecast in a Reuters poll was for just 246 million Swedish crowns in operating profit, less than a tenth of what it made a year ago.

BOLIDEN (BOL.ST)
The Swedish mining and smelting firm is slated to post third-quarter earnings. The firm, which mines and smelts zinc and copper, is forecast to have made an operating profit of 812 million Swedish crowns in the quarter.

ORION (ORNBV.HE)
The Finnish drug maker is expected to report an 11 percent rise in July-September earnings versus a year ago, a Reuters poll of five analysts showed. The result is due at 1000 GMT.

FINNISH FORESTRY FIRMS
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Sunday his country would extend a moratorium on planned timber export duties for another year, easing the risk of new trade tensions with Finland and the EU.
Russia had planned to raise export duties threefold from 2009 to boost its own timber processors but had already delayed the move a year ago, following pressure from both Brussels and Helsinki which feared damage to the European processing sector.

JYSKE BANK (JYSK.CO)
Denmark's Jyske Bank is expected to report a more than five-fold increase in pretax earnings for the third quarter, rebounding from year-ago weakness. Pretax profit is seen rising to 192 million Danish crowns ($38.71 million) from 35 million, according to the average of five analysts' estimates in a Reuters survey.

NORDIC TANKERS (NORDIC.CO)
Rival bidders are unlikely to emerge to upset Bahamas-registered Clipper Group's plans to take a 30 percent stake in Copenhagen-listed Nordic Tankers, financial daily Borsen said. Nordic Tankers confirmed on Friday that it was in talks with Clipper, a large dry-bulk shipping company, as part of a strategy to seek alliances, partnerships or mergers.
