Palladium Group Announces Advisory Board for the Palladium Execution Premium Community

Experts Help Shape Global Strategy Management Movement

an Advisory Board for the Palladium Execution Premium Community (XPC). XPC,
launched earlier this fall, is the premier global online membership community of
strategy and performance management practitioners.

Members of the new XPC Advisory Board will help shape the future of the global
strategy management movement pioneered by Balanced Scorecard creators Drs.
Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton. As leaders in their industries and
disciplines and experts in performance management and strategy execution,
Advisory Board members will help explore and foster new levels of integration
between strategy and operational systems. Each board member brings unique vision
and expertise that will enrich the value of the world`s most comprehensive and
most widely used strategy management system.

Dr. Robert S. Kaplan, Baker Foundation Professor, Harvard Business School, and
Chairman of Professional Practice at Palladium Group, Inc. He is the world`s
preeminent authority on strategy performance measurement. He is the author or
co-author of 18 books and more than 130 articles.

Dr. David P. Norton is Founder and Director, Palladium Group, Inc. Creator, with
Robert Kaplan, of the Balanced Scorecard and the Kaplan-Norton strategy
management system, he is the world`s preeminent authority on strategic
performance management. He is the author or co-author of five books and dozens
of articles.

Hamed Al-Safi Al-Hashemi is Director of Government Performance Management,
General Secretariat of the Executive Council, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
He is responsible for strategy planning, management, and execution in the
capital city.

Bjarte Bogsnes is Vice President of Strategy and Performance at Statoil (a
member of the Palladium Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame for Executing Strategy)
in Norway. He also serves as Chairman of the Beyond Budgeting Roundtable Europe,
and is the author of Implementing Beyond Budgeting: Unlocking the Performance
Potential.

José Luis del Valle is Chief Strategy and Research Officer at Spain-based
Iberdrola, one of the world`s leading electric utilities and the largest
renewable energy operator. A member of the company`s management committee, he is
the former CEO of Scottish Power and the former CFO of Banco Santander Central
Hispano.

Sophie de Villers is Vice President, Office of Strategy Management, at Canadian
Blood Services (another Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame member). A founding
member of the executive management team, she is responsible for creating a
strategy-focused culture within Canada`s national blood supply system and for
creating what is considered a model Office of Strategy Management.

Howard Dresner, President of Dresner Advisory Services, LLC, was formerly Chief
Strategy Officer, Hyperion Solutions and previously, research fellow at Gartner.
He is the author of two books, most recently Profiles in Performance: Business
Intelligence Journeys and the Roadmap for Change.

Dr. Jesus Estanislao is Chairman of the Institute for Solidarity in Asia, an
organization promoting national governance, and head of the Institute of
Corporate Directors, a corporate governance organization. A former Secretary of
Finance of the Philippines, he is the author of several books, including
Philippines 2030 Journey to Nationhood: Towards A National Community of
Responsible Citizens.

Joey Fitts is Global Partner Lead, Information Worker Business Group, at
Microsoft Corporation, and the co-author of Drive Business Performance: Enabling
a Culture of Intelligent Execution. He previously served on the board of
advisors for the Computer Technology Industry Association, and leads a Global
Thought Leader series within XPC.

Takehiko Nagumo is Senior Vice President and Strategic Performance Manager, at
Union Bank. He held a similar position at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ (a
Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame member). A pioneer in integrating risk
management and strategy management, he leads the Palladium Execution Premium
Community (XPC) West Coast User Group.
