HealthiNation Expands Premium Health Video Network With AT&T U-verse TV and
HealthGrades
New TV and Web Agreements Complement Multi-Platform Distribution Now Reaching
Over 40 million Unique Users Online and 28 million TV Homes

NEW YORK, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthiNation, the premier health video
company, today announced new content agreements with AT&T and HealthGrades
that further expand its video network both online and on television. The new
relationships add to HealthiNation's premium health video network that now
reaches more than 40 million unique users online and 28 million TV homes.

With today's announcement, HealthiNation videos will now be available to AT&T
U-verse(SM) TV subscribers for free in the U-verse TV On Demand library. All
U-verse TV customers now have access to HealthiNation On Demand content,
whenever they choose.

In a separate agreement, HealthGrades, the leading independent healthcare
ratings company, has partnered with HealthiNation to offer videos covering
specific health conditions as part of their site experience. HealthGrades
provides quality ratings, profiles and cost information on the nation's
hospitals, physicians, nursing homes and prescription drugs.

"As the leading independent healthcare ratings organization, it is our job to
provide patients with accurate and unbiased information about health care
providers, so that they can make sound decisions," said HealthGrades Senior
Vice President Andrea Pearson. "HealthiNation's high-quality videos are a
great enhancement for the eight million individuals that visit our site each
month, particularly because 82 percent of them will see a doctor within 30
days, and they are in need of trustworthy information."

Rather than creating a single destination, HealthiNation has relationships
with 50 top health, information and lifestyle websites as well as nine of the
leading cable TV and IPTV providers to bring premium health video to their
audiences.

"Whether online or on television, video plays a significant role in educating
consumers about important health topics such as swine flu and cancer
prevention," said Raj Amin, CEO, HealthiNation. "Today's news with AT&T and
HealthGrades supports our business strategy and continued commitment to
provide our original health videos to consumers in the right context, wherever
they are comfortable watching."

In addition to these new agreements, the company has added two members to its
Board of Directors, Doug McFarland and Helene Monat. Mr. McFarland has held a
number of executive positions at interactive advertising companies including
Eyeblaster, Advertising.com, Jupiter Media Metrix and most recently as CEO of
ScanScout. Ms. Monat was previously CEO of Marketing Technology Services,
after having been President of Sales and a member of the Board of Directors at
Catalina Marketing, a leading health marketing firm. Currently, Ms. Monat is
president of AdSafe, an industry leader in online brand protection and
proprietary rating system for online media.
