TOKYO Oct 28 (Reuters) - Japan's NEC Electronics Corp (6723.T) said on Wednesday it expects the usage rate at its advanced 300-mm plant in Yamagata Prefecture, northeast Japan, to fall to 50 percent in October-December from around 65 percent in the quarter just ended, on slumping demand for chips used in game consoles and mobile phone cameras.
