Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SFIO) announced today that it
presented its revolutionary smoke free product to various interested
national and international buyers in the duty free market at the TFWA
(Tax Free World Exhibition) fair in Cannes, France last week. TFWA, where
brands meet the world, is the world's largest yearly Duty Free fair,
visited by traders and buyers from all over the world. Further TFWA fairs
take place in Dubai and Singapore.

Manfred Bogaert, General Manager of European Operations and Michel
Vandergeeten as Sales Agent for Smokefree Innotec had the opportunity to
present the revolutionary hi-Tec cigarette to various international
traders and distributors in the duty free and retail business. These
presentations resulted in a lot of exciting opportunities. Through a
British marketing consultant, SFI is targeting a listing at some airport
Duty Free shops in the Middle East. One of Scandinavia's largest retail
suppliers with more than 400 sales reps across Denmark, Sweden, Norway
and Finland, visiting all retail and convenience stores is strongly
considering carrying our product in his catalogue. An international
trading company would like to introduce the smoke free cigarette in no
less than 5 of Europe's largest airports. Through a French wholesale
organization the product will be presented to over 22,000 drugstores
spread over the whole French territory parallel to the building of a
specialized e-shop for France. In addition, Bogaert and Vandergeeten have
already managed to come to an agreement with an important Italian
distributor who will send us his sales projections for the coming year.

terms on short notice. A follow up meeting for retail distribution in the
UK is already planned in week 44.
