China, today announced that Will Davis, Chief Marketing Officer, will present
at the Brean Murray, Carret & Co. China Growth Conference on Thursday,
November 19, 2009, from 2:20pm to 2:55pm at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in
New York City.

During the presentation, Mr. Davis will highlight Cogo's growth strategies for
the remainder of 2009 and 2010, with particular focus on new opportunities
within various industrial verticals and the Small and Medium Enterprise
