HAMBURG, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Eppendorf institutes legal proceedings
against Nanosphere, Inc. in the United States District Court for the District

to protect our rights," added Sven Bulow, Managing Director of Eppendorf
Biochip Systems GmbH.
