Springfield, NJ headquarters received ISO 9001:2008 certification demonstrating
its focus on quality management. ISO 9000 is a family of standards for quality
management systems, maintained by the International Organization for
Standardization (ISO). The rules are continuously updated and were last changed
on November 15, 2008, creating the current ISO 9001:2008 standard. The ISO
certification process ensures on-going compliance to standards of performance,
and once certified, companies are externally audited on a regular basis for
continuous adherence to the standards.
