ActionView International, Inc. Announces Change in Reporting Status with
Filing of Form 8-K
MatchFights also expecting to announce venue for next World Championship Full
Contact event

MURRIETA, Calif., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ActionView International,
Inc. (Pink Sheets: AVEW) today announced that as a result of its filing of a
Current Report on Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which
included consolidated financial statements for the period ended September 30,
2009 and details of the company's recent acquisition of all of the issued and
outstanding shares of MatchFights, LLC, the company has been upgraded from the
"No Information" category of the Pink Sheets OTC Disclosure and News Service
at www.pinksheets.com.

The filing of the company's consolidated financial statements has initiated
the process of disclosing financial information on a regular basis so that
shareholders and the public markets will be able to monitor the company's
progress.

In addition to moving beyond the "No Information" category on the OTC
Disclosure and News Service, ActionView International will continue to
evaluate its options related to filing information with the S.E.C., including
the possibility of filing audited financial statements and applying for
reinstatement to the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board Market.

"While we are pleased to have these financial statements disclosed and the
stop sign removed from our company profile at the Pink Sheets website, we will
continue to look at all of our options related to disclosure of financial
information and listings on public exchanges and markets," said Gary Nerison,
Chairman of ActionView International, Inc. "This is a very positive first
step and demonstrates our commitment to transparency, but we expect that as
the company grows, there will be additional listing opportunities presented to
us. Management will evaluate each of those options and determine the best
course for the company at the appropriate time."

"We also expect the city and venue of our next MatchFights event, the first
conducted under the World Championship Full Contact banner, to be announced in
the next several days. This will be extremely important news for the company,
and we encourage all of our shareholders to continue to monitor our
announcements and sign up for our mailing list at www.actionviewint.com,"
added Mr. Nerison.

World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) events are broadcast live in high
definition to a worldwide audience over the Internet and revenue is derived
from pay-per-view buys. WCFC departs from traditional MMA in several ways.
The rules effectively eliminate the tap-out as a means to end a fight. This
keeps WCFC bouts from devolving into protracted grappling matches and promotes
fast and furious action. WCFC also provides interactive features as part of
its Internet broadcast, which allows fans to vote online for the matchups they
want to see and then vote for the winners of fights that go the distance. An
interactive online chat feature allows fans to discuss the action during the
live event and users can also set up their own chat groups. More information
on World Championship Full Contact can be found at its website, www.wcfc.com.

The company encourages shareholders and anyone interested in following the
progress of ActionView International, Inc., its wholly owned MatchFights, LLC
subsidiary and the World Championship Full Contact brand to subscribe to the
mailing list at www.actionviewint.com.
