Small Boat Owners' Dreams of Underway Satellite TV Reception Now Fulfilled

MERRIMACK, N.H. and FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Fort
Lauderdale International Boat Show -- Raymarine, Inc., the world leader in
marine electronics, today introduced the 33STV, the latest in their line of
Satellite TV Antenna Systems, which features a high performance 13" satellite
dish inside a compact 14" radome, weighing less than ten pounds, to
accommodate both powerboats and sailboats under 25 feet in length.

Equipped with Dynamic Beam Tilting and Wide Range Search, all of Raymarine's
Satellite TV Systems are able to track and locate satellites quickly and
efficiently, even in extreme weather conditions. Each stabilized antenna
system provides automatic operation and unmatched performance and is
compatible with numerous satellite providers, including DirecTV, Dish Network,
Bell ExpressVU and more.

The 33STV comes standard with the company's new Multi-satellite Interface
Module (MIM), which conveniently switches the antenna system across three
broadcast satellites automatically, providing uninterrupted channel surfing
just like a home satellite TV system. In addition, this model's antenna
control unit has the ability to connect with up to six of the boat's satellite
receivers through USB connections. Finally, the 33STV includes a convenient
NMEA0183 GPS interface that allows the system to function at higher levels of
speed and performance.

The 33STV further expands Raymarine's full line of satellite TV antenna
systems, which includes the 37STV, 45STV and 60STV models. With the addition
of the new 33STV, Raymarine now offers satellite TV solutions for vessels
ranging in length from sub 20 feet to well in excess of 100 feet.

Other features found in all Raymarine Satellite TV Antenna Systems include:

-- Conical Scanning Technology: Rotating sub reflector design that
maintains optimal satellite lock while minimizing physical movement of
the dish resulting in quieter operation and longer antenna life.
-- High Speed Antenna Drive Systems: Keeps satellites locked in during
fast
maneuvering or heavy seas for uninterrupted reception.
-- Superior Antenna Elevation Range: Maintains satellite lock farther
into
        extreme North and South latitudes.
-- Dual LNB Design: Connects multiple satellite receivers to antenna
system
to allow different programming on multiple televisions throughout the
        vessel.
-- High Definition (HD) Compatibility: Enjoy the digital brilliance of
High
Definition programming while underway. HD compatible models are
        available in all sizes.

-- Optional Matching "Dummy" Domes: Matching empty satellite TV domes for
hiding other topside equipment, or for providing architectural balance
        on masts and nautical structures.
