OAKLAND, Calif., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The Breema Center today announced
that it will offer Breema bodywork mini-sessions and Self-Breema
demonstrations and instruction at the Green Festival in San Francisco,
November 13-15. Those who are interested in receiving Breema treatments and
learning more about Breema and the body's connection to sustaining the planet
can come to booths 1018-1019 during the festival.

The body by its nature is connected to the earth. It is composed of and
sustained by food, water, air and sunshine. The vitality and sustainability
of the planet begins with each person's connection to and understanding of
their own body's vitality and sustainability. The Breema approach provides a
natural way to balance the body, mind and emotions so that a person can
function in harmony with themselves, with others and with their environment.

The Green Festival provides a walk through a sustainable community.
Sustainability means socially, economically and environmentally healthy
practices in living. Organizations and businesses showcase programs and
products that restore the planet and all that inhabit it. Breema is focused
on supporting a more natural state of being through practical tools such as
connection to the body's movement and living by Breema's universal principles
of harmony.

The Green Festival will take place at the Concourse Exhibition Center in San
Francisco, November 13-15, 2009. Passes to the 3-day event start at $15 per
