pleased to announce it has signed a preliminary joint venture letter of
intent with Coastal Capital Acquisition Corporation to design, construct
and operate an Algae to Bio-diesel facility in the state Florida, in the
United States.

    W2 Energy has an all in one system that grows, harvests and dries algae
for use in the production of bio-diesel. This technology also creates a
valuable by-product in dried algae for future feedstock. This opportunity
will allow W2 Energy to showcase its Technology and get it out into a huge

with Coastal Capital Acquisition Corp in the near future.
