Services), an IT Services company*, releases its revenue figures for the third
quarter of 2009.

In an economic context that is still suffering, Groupe Open has posted a 7.7%
contraction in its business, to €68 million, in line with its expectations.

On a constant scope, activity in France decreased by 6%.

The international businesses, representing 18% of the quarterly revenue, were
worse affected than that in France, with decreases in particular of 19% in
Spain, 16% in Belgium and 38% in the Netherlands.

The productivity rate excluding vacations equalled 85% in the period. On a
constant scope, it declined by two points against the third quarter of 2008.

Average daily billing totalled €393, compared with €397 in the same period last
year.

The staff on 30 September 2009 numbered 3,805 people.

Outlook

Going into the end of 2009, Groupe Open shall be continuing with the process of
adapting its French and foreign organisations to the economic context.

Meanwhile, the company confirms it is not expecting any significant improvement
in ordinary operating profit for the second half of the year.

With the work implemented on:

* its critical mass;
* the extent of industrialisation of its services;
* the increase in added value; and
* the adaptation of its cost structure

it can look forward to considerable improvements in ordinary operating profit in
2010.
