Libbey Inc. to Hold Follow-Up Third Quarter Call for Questions and Answers

TOLEDO, Ohio, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Libbey Inc. (OTC Bulletin
Board: LYBI) announced that it will hold a conference call and webcast to
allow for questions on its third quarter earnings release and its debt
exchange release.  Due to technical difficulties, participants were unable to
ask questions during Libbey's regularly scheduled conference call held this
morning.

Webcast Information

Libbey will hold a conference call for investors on Friday, October 30, 2009,
at 10 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.  The conference call will be simulcast live
on the Internet and is accessible from the Investor Relations section of
