Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office to Acquire NAViSEER(R) Personnel Tracking
System for SWAT Tactical Deployment
NAViSEER completes National Institute of Justice Test & Evaluation Program

SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- SEER Technology, Inc. (SEER), a
leading provider of Precision Personnel Tracking solutions announces that the
Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office (GCSO) located in metro-Atlanta, Georgia, is
the first in the nation to implement the NAViSEER solution for tactical
officer tracking and active location. This solution provides real time
Command and Control situational awareness in an accurate, user-friendly 3D
format via the SEER3D visualization interface.

"NAViSEER provides real time visualization of tactical asset location in GPS
and GPS-denied areas," said Lieutenant Buzz Benson of GCSO. "Personnel may
now be tracked indoors, including heavy buildings and below-grade structures,
greatly enhancing situational awareness for commanders and team leaders."

"We are pleased to have this commitment from Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office,
one of our nation's leading Law Enforcement technology and evaluation centers
of new products for First Responders," said Fred Gallander, CEO of SEER.
"Their ties with the National Institute of Justice and their active
participation throughout the lifecycle of NAViSEER development gives
tremendous credibility to the NAViSEER and reinforces its reputation as a
world class product."

According to Captain Rick Rollison of GCSO, "The NAViSEER inertial positioning
system is accurate, reliable, intuitive and rugged. We have found it to be a
critical equipment resource providing unmatched situational awareness
capabilities."

NAViSEER meets the requirement of seeing where human assets are deployed at
all times, which facilitates keeping them safe during dangerous or critical
operations.

As stated in the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office Test and Evaluation report,
"NAViSEER will save lives."

Shipment of NAViSEER units to GCSO will commence in November, 2009.
