Taiwan's ASE says raises 2009 capex to $300 mln

TAIPEI Oct 30 (Reuters) - Taiwan's ASE (2311.TW), the world's largest chip packaging and testing company, said on Friday it has lifted its capex budget to $300 million in 2009 from $200 million previously estimated.
