CARACAS, Venezuela Nov 2 (Reuters) - Chevron's Escravos Gas Plant 3A in Nigeria will begin producing in the first quarter of 2010, said Chevron's president for Africa and Latin America
Ali Moshiri told reporters mechanical completion will be at the end of 2009 for the project.
According to Chevron's website, the project is designed to increase daily processing capacity from 285 million to 680 million cubic feet of natural gas. (Reporting by Rebekah Kebede and Marianna Parraga; Editing by Christian Wiessner)
