OSI Systems Expands Distribution Channel in U.S. for Healthcare Products with Distribution Agreement with Three Manufacturers Representative Organizations

HAWTHORNE, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: OSIS), a vertically-integrated provider of
specialized electronic products for critical applications, announced that its
Healthcare Division, Spacelabs Healthcare, has expanded its sales coverage in
the United States by contracting with three Manufacturer`s Representative
organizations to enhance the Company`s ability to serve clinicians and
healthcare facilities more effectively with Spacelabs` broad portfolio of
patient monitors, telemetry, connectivity solutions, anesthesia systems,
diagnostic cardiology products, clinician training and award-winning service.

The three companies that have joined Spacelabs are RMS Supplies and Equipment
(Minneapolis, MN), CF Medical, Inc. (Danvers, MA) and Reliance Medical Systems
(The Woodlands, TX). Spacelabs found a good match in the experience and customer
focus of these Manufacturer's Representatives. The Spacelabs Direct and
Manufacturer's Representative channels will work together in some states and
divide other states based on geography, product mix and customer relationships.
The Manufacturer's Representative companies joining Spacelabs recently departed
the Phillips Healthcare Indirect Channel.
